Dr.K.Malar Mathi is Professor in Bharathiar School of Management and Entrepreneur Development, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, India. Having doctorate in marketing management, rich academic and research experience of 16 years in leading universities in India, she has produced 16 Ph.D's and published 70 research articles in leading Journals for her credentials.She has also served as chairperson and keynote speaker in many national and international conference. She also serves as academic council member, board of studies member in various institutions. Her current research area is in the field of Customer Experience Management.
